- Delivery Policy
4.1. Upon checkout you will receive an estimated delivery date, we will try and uphold this to the best of our ability, however, please understand that this date is not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee what is out of our control such as traffic, accidents, mishandling, breakages or system errors.
4.2. Once the package has been set out for delivery, we have no control of how or when it will arrive. Please understand that we can’t cancel or stop the item until it has reached its destination. You will then have to go through the return process if you were looking to cancel the product originally.
4.3. You are responsible for checking the parcel on its arrival. Please examine your order to make sure nothing is missing, damaged or incorrect. In the instance that something is wrong please make sure and contact us within 48 hours of its arrival.

5.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund for the purchase price of the product, provided that:
5.1.1. You return the product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
5.1.2. The product has not been used, damaged or altered in any way.
5.1.3. You provide us with proof of purchase.
5.2. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
5.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
